Lymthatic Drainage Massage is a light pressure massage that encourages drainage of fluids within the body. This massage is used to treat lymphoedema and reduce swelling. I am fully qualified to treat you post op, so after any surgeries including cosmetic. MLD is vital after cosmetic surgery as it helps reduce swelling and inflammation, improve circulation, and promote healing. We recommend 2 treatments weekly post surgery for 4 weeks. Followed by one per week for 6 weeks.
